Shipping Within Australia

Free Shipping: For a limited time, enjoy complimentary shipping on all Australian orders placed at by-wren.com, in addition to our standard shipping policy.

Australian orders are estimated to arrive within 5–7 working days.

Under our standard shipping policy, complimentary shipping is available on orders over AU$100. A flat shipping and handling fee of AU$10 applies to orders under AU$100.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and should be used as a guide only. Please note that these timeframes are indicative and may be subject to change.

Shipping to New Zealand

Orders shipped to New Zealand are estimated to arrive within 10–15 postal working days. A flat shipping and handling fee of AU$15 applies.

Please note that orders over NZ$200 will incur import taxes in New Zealand. Any customs duties, foreign taxes or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are unable to mark an order as a “gift”, even when it is intended for a gift recipient.

Before placing your order, we recommend using the NZ Customs Duty Estimator to help avoid unexpected charges. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Once your parcel arrives in New Zealand, it will be distributed by the local postal service. We are unable to deliver to New Zealand PO boxes. Please allow for potential delays if your order is selected for a customs inspection.

Tracking Your Order

To track an Australian order, contact the Australia Post Customer Care Centre on 13 11 18.

To track a New Zealand order, contact NZ Post on 0800 501 501.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email our Customer Care team at customercare@by-wren.com. Include your tax invoice number, found in the top-left corner of your order confirmation email, so we can assist you promptly.

Insurance

BY WREN insures each purchase while it is in transit and until it is delivered to your nominated address.

A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the order passes to you. If you have nominated another recipient, you accept that their signature, or a signature obtained at the nominated address, serves as confirmation of delivery and transfers responsibility for the order in the same way.

In addition to our standard returns policy, enjoy free returns on all Australian orders, placed on www.by-wren.com, for a limited time.

Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, BY WREN accepts returns within 30 days of receiving an online order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Your original receipt is required as proof of purchase.

Please note that shipping costs for orders that have already been dispatched are non-refundable.

Items purchased from our retail partners, including Myer and THE ICONIC, must be returned directly through the original retailer and are subject to their respective returns policies. BY WREN is unable to process returns for products purchased outside by-wren.com.

International Returns

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers returning items from outside Australia are required to arrange and pay for the return shipment to our returns address. Once your return request has been approved, our Customer Care Team will provide you with the return instructions.

Return Options

Your return options will depend on the type of item purchased:

Full-Price Items: Items purchased at full price, without a promotion or discount, may be returned online for an exchange or a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned item or items.

Promotional Items: Items purchased as part of a promotion, such as 20% off full-priced styles, may be returned online for an exchange where the required size is available, or a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned item or items.

Sale Items: Items purchased online at a clearance markdown price may be returned for an exchange where the required size is available, or a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned item or items.

Faulty Items: If you believe your item is faulty, please email our Customer Care team at customercare@by-wren.com to discuss the available options.

Returns Process

We are currently offering complimentary returns within 30 days of purchase for Australian orders placed at by-wren.com.

You may return your order for a different product of the same or greater value, or request a refund to your original payment method. Online returns can only be processed once the returned item or items have been received by our online team.

All returned items must:

Show no visible signs of wear or use.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault, you may choose a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor fault, we may choose to provide a complimentary repair instead of a replacement.
